The website

This site introduces Mediae, a Mac app that is still in development. What it describes and shows is what is being built; features, screens and timing may change before release, and some may not ship. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a promise of particular features or dates.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t reserve, buy or guarantee access to anything. We may close the waitlist or stop sending updates at any time.

Content

The Mediae name, the text, design and screenshots on this site belong to Daniel Huete. Photographs shown in the screenshots are used under licence. Please don’t copy or reuse any of it without asking. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Mediae is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using it or from relying on anything it says.

If the site links elsewhere, we aren’t responsible for the content of those sites.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
